LOANS WITH YASH / MELBOURNE

Already have your first
set of keys?

Different plans. Same straightforward conversations.

01 / REFINANCING

Is your current loan still working for you?

A new chapter, a different budget—or simply time for a proper loan review. Let’s see whether your current loan still fits.

What we’ll look at

  • Review your current rate, fees and features
  • Compare suitable options and switching costs
  • Understand the effect on repayments and total interest

What I handle

I review your current position, explain the options and costs, and manage the application and lender follow-up if you decide to proceed.

Tell me your goals and share the loan and financial information I request. I’ll explain what each document is for.

Not necessarily. Discharge, application, valuation and fixed-rate break costs can affect the outcome. Extending the loan term may lower repayments while increasing total interest. We compare the overall position before deciding.

02 / INVESTMENT LENDING

Property plans? Let’s work through the lending.

Buying your first investment or reviewing an existing loan? Start with a clear picture of your borrowing, deposit or equity and loan options.

What we’ll look at

  • Review your borrowing and deposit or equity position
  • Compare suitable loan structures and features
  • Coordinate the finance application and lender requirements

What I handle

I assess your lending position, compare suitable loan options, prepare the application and explain the next finance steps. I keep the lender’s requests moving.

Share your plans and requested financial information. Choose your property and arrange independent legal, tax and property advice.

Your accountant advises on tax, and your conveyancer or solicitor handles legal and ownership questions. Mortgage broking does not assess whether a particular property is a good investment or guarantee rental income or returns.

HERE FOR YOUR FIRST HOME?

Buying or building your first home is our main focus.

Established homes and land and construction each have a clear journey, with the finance steps and my role explained.

You bring the questions.
I’ll put the jargon away.
